2009 Keynote Speakers

Keynote Speaker: Tim Elmore

Tim Elmore is the Founder and president of "Growing Leaders", a non-profit organization created to develop emerging leaders. Through Growing Leaders he and his team are equipping middle school, high school and college students on hundreds of campuses in the U.S. including Duke, Rutgers, Florida State and Christian colleges such as Biola University, Bethel College, Asbury College and Regent University. This is his passion, having worked with students since 1979. In addition, Tim has equipped leaders in corporations such as Chick-fil-A, HomeBanc, Gold Kist, and Home and Garden Party.  Read more

Keynote Speaker: Dr. Carl Ellis Jr.

Dr. Carl Ellis Jr. is the President of Project Joseph, a ministry devoted to equipping Christians to minister to Muslims. He is also the Dean of Intercultural Studies at Westminster Theological Seminary. Dr. Ellis holds a B.A. from Hampton University, a M.A. from Westminster Theological Seminary, and a D.Phil. from Oxford Graduate School. Carl is a sought-after speaker on the subjects of Islam and Racial Reconciliation. He has pastored in Tennesee, taught seminars for prison ministries and theological studies and authored several books.
