- You can register your entire group in one registration process.
- No penalty for cancellations made before 12/15/2008.
- Partial refund of all but $100 for cancellations between 12/15/2008 - 1/1/2009.
- No refunds after 1/1/2009.
- All refunds must be requested in writing.
- Your registration fee includes admission to all sessions, Friday dinner and dessert buffet, Saturday box lunch and banquet, and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.
- Accommodations are not included in registration fees (see location information).
